History students to present papers at Belmont University

Three Phi Alpha Theta students will present papers at the 60th Phi Alpha Theta Regional Conference at Belmont University Feb 23.

Phi Alpha Theta is a national history honors society.

Chapter President Jeffrey Lewoczko; senior history and physics major; chapter Vice President Mary Ellen Poe, senior history and economics major; and Dawson will present their papers in hopes of receiving awards and feedback.

Students from other schools will also present papers.

Three professors will attend the event: History faculty Dr. Henry Allen and Dr. Terry Lindley, both of whom will serve as panel chairs and commentators, and Dr. Stephen Carls, history department chairman, will represent Phi Alpha Theta national.
