Food for Finals: Nutella Cookies

Dear Hungry Unionites,

I’ve baked many a dessert, but indulgence doesn’t begin to describe this cookie. It’s both sweet and salty; it’s both crunchy and gooey. It’s chocolately on so many levels.

And it’s called the Nutella-Stuffed Brown Butter and Sea Salt Chocolate Chip Cookie. It’ll kill your diet quicker than you can say quadruple-chocolate goodness, which is actually what this cookie offers — milk, semi-sweet and dark chocolate with a Nutella-filled center.

But finals are in just a few days. We’re stressed, Christmas is around the corner, and we need study fuel.

Rather than write out the entire recipe (I have finals, too, you know!) I’ve included the link to the website I found it on. The batter has to be chilled for two hours, and while that may seem like a long time, it’s worth it.

Trust me.

Happy eating,
